Return and Refund Policy

At Bdstored, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Criteria

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • The product has not been used or altered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or technical reasons:

  • Software, digital products, or gift cards.

  • Items with broken security seals.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or electrical surges.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) within 5-7 working days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

4. Replacement/Exchange

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it with a new one at no extra cost. Please contact our support team immediately with a video of the unboxing and the defect.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your Order ID and photos/videos of the product issue.

  3. Our team will guide you on how to send the product back to our warehouse.
